How to display user account status

- There are a following steps.
- first of all go to the sidebar menu Clicks on Reports and select Active Records option.
- You will display the list of the total number of Active or Expired users of ISP.
- All the Active user’s records will appear in Green color.
- All the Expiry user’s records will appear in red color.
- Here you will see various types of information likes
- User name
- User name will define the mac User, simple user or static IP user name or address.
- Validity
- In Validity you can learn that user How long the facility can receive for recharge plan in(Month, Year, Day, Minutes, Hours).
- Start time
- start time shows the time when user starts their recharge plan.
- Used time
- Here ISP can show used time period of user
- for example if users’ plan validity is 1 month and they use their plan for 27 days then it will show here.
- Used time will display in month, days as well as hours.
- Status
- Status shows that the user is an active or expired.
- Expiry
- It will show the last date and time of the user’s plan expiration.
- so that ISP will aware to send notification to user to recharge their account.
- you can also sort data in ascending or descending order as per your choice.
- also search particular data or user in search box.
