Where to use Franchisee there Balance

• Franchisee uses their balance by creating a new user, recharge a user.
• if balance is low franchisee can not creating a new user or recharge a user they can recharge contact us own ISP provider to recharge it.

How to create a new user by Franchisee ?

• in that case whenever admin creating a new user by franchisee their balance must be greater than a planned amount.

• creating a new user by franchisee they only use plan by given an admin.

1. go to the sidebar menu, Click on user management and select new user option.
2. now fill all information about the user, finally press on the apply button.

Where to use Franchisee there Balance

• recharge users by franchise their amount must be greater than a planned amount.

• first thing to remember that recharge user by franchise they only use plan by given an admin.

1. To recharge a user, first of all open a user dashboard.
2. To open a user dashboard, go to sidebar click on user management and select  list user option.
3. They can show you the list of total users, now click on particular username that you want to recharge.
4. Now you can view a user dashboard.
5. To recharge a user, click on first tab Account info.
6. Click on the recharge user button, they will show you a small popup box.
7. now select a plan which you are assigned a user, enter plan quantity and select payment option.
8. click on the recharge plan button.
